Calendar Photos Needed!

DEADLINE FOR 2017 CALENDAR PICTURES

 Gloria Sutton needs any pictures anyone has for consideration for the 2017 calendar emailed to (gsutton44@hotmail.com) or snail mailed to  (Gloria Sutton -  P.O. Box 25 -  Ola Id 83657) on a CD by next Fri, Aug. 19th.

 The pictures need to be in digital format.  The pictures do not need to have been taken just this last year, but do need to be of the upper country as that is our theme for the yearly calendar.  Thanks.😊

Here are the Ola School Supply Lists for students.  If you have any questions or need any help with the supplies, please call Mrs. Davis at 861-7009.

Registration for all new and returning students will be held during Open House on August 18th, 2016 beginning at 5:30pm.

Kindergarten

 1 dozen #2 lead pencils
 Box of crayons, 16 or fewer
 White school glue, 1- 8 oz. or 2- 4oz. bottles (orange cap recommended)
 4 large glue sticks
 Large pink eraser
 Pair of quality pointed scissors(Fiskar-type recommended)
 2 Large boxes of facial tissues
 Set of large water-based felt markers (2 if possible)
 1 1” binder with clearview front for yearbook
 2 folders with pockets and brad fasteners
 1 package of 250 paper plates
 School box


Grades 1-3

 2 dozen #2 lead pencils

Summer at the Library

 I would like to post a few pics from summer reading and a thanks to the Ola Inn for their generous contribution of free shakes for the top readers.

Don't forget to come out for the fair!  Lots of local kids will be 'Showin' their Stuff'!

The Ola Rough Striders Relay For Life Team  will host a Bunco Game this Saturday July 23rd at 4:PM at the Ola Hall.  Sandwiches and Cookies will be served.  The cost is $7.00 per person.  Please plan to attend for a fun evening of laughter, competition, fellowship and prizes and you will be home before dark.  This is in support of  The American Cancer Society.

 

A memorial for Ellen Kharrl will be held on Saturday, July 30th at 3:00 at the Ola Community Hall. Following the memorial will be the fundraiser at 5:30. All are welcome to come celebrate Ellen's life and share stories
