Thirst for Knowledge Thursday

On Monday, the first and second graders made bee hummers in science. A bee hummer is a popsicle stick with one cap eraser on each end and you spin it really fast and it sounds like it’s buzzing. Some of them didn’t work because the rubber-bands were too big. On Tuesday, they put new rubber bands on and tested them. Thin rubber bands will not work but wider rubber bands do.Their next project was about how having no windows would affect your life. They did an experiment about transparency.

                                 Thriving Thursday!

On Monday January 27, The fourth graders did an Idaho History scavenger hunt for Social Studies! They walked around the room, found QR codes, and scanned them with their chromebooks. Every OR code had a different question about the first settlements in Idaho. They answered the questions on the Seesaw app. We had one extra day of Red Ribbon week, so it was pajama day! ( That is why everyone is in their pajamas!)
